Rosslyn Electric Manufacturers Pty Ltd was established to form part of Rosslyn Enclosures CC and Transformco Electric Pty Ltd. We serve as a bridge between our own technology and the Rosslyn group’s manufacturing capabilities.
Minisubstations
Our type-tested, internal arc-protected minisubs are manufactured in-house and are available in a range of configurations to suit almost any client requirement. Designed primarily with the safety of people and reliability of service in mind, our Minisubs contribute to improving electrical distribution in medium voltage networks. Stringent quality control and test procedures in our ISO certified manufacturing facilities assure the highest levels of quality in our Mini subs.
Metering Kiosk
Rosslyn produces all metering Kiosks to spec, they are fitted with our newly designed Slam lock. We can manufacture both ground and pole-mounted kiosks and provide you with retrofitting of old kiosks with our locking mechanism.
Our metering Kiosks are fitted with electronics so that you can keep track of your assets in the field and we pride ourselves in our building quality.
Electronic Controller
Our controller has the capabilities to integrate into your current access control system and any updates or changes can be done remotely from any device with an internet connection.
Your assets can be guarded and monitored from any device and alarms are fully customisable, tamper vibration sensors lets you know if your asset is being bridged, our GPS automatically links to the server and updates your assets location and our updates and capabilities grows daily.
Steel Fabrication
Rosslyn can design, manufacture and distribute all enclosures from metering kiosks to mini substations. We are able to produce any steel structure according to spec and combined with our powder coating plant we provide the full solution to suit your every need. Rosslyn has over 14 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and we have the capability to mass produce all steel structures.
Transformers
Rosslyn design, supply, manufacture, refurbish and repair all distribution transformers including step-up, step-down systems and neutral earthingcompensators(NEC). Rosslyn carriers a large range of new and refurbished transformersup to 33kv. All our products carry a 1 year guarantee.
Oil Regeneration
Rosslyn has a modern oil regeneration and degasifier plant. Oil is regenerated to SABS 555 standards.
After regeneration, the properties of the oil is the same as new oil, although a small risk of minor PCB pollution is fairly usual in regenerated oil. Regenerated oil is frequently used when transformer or switchgear oil requires replacement.
Powder Coating Plant
We are aware that most manufacturing companies subsidise their powder coating. In 2018 we decided to start our own powder coating plant, which means we are a one stop shop and this ensures great quality at an affordable price.
Installations
Rosslyn has a team dedicated for the installations of all our products. Our equipment is suited for deliveries, offloading and installation on both ground and pole mounted units. We guarantee all installation sights will be in the same condition as when we started with our project.
