Rosslyn Electric Manufacturers Pty Ltd was established to form part of Rosslyn Enclosures CC and Transformco Electric Pty Ltd. We serve as a bridge between our own technology and the Rosslyn group’s manufacturing capabilities.

Rosslyn Electric brings together one of the largest manufacturing companies in South Africa together with new technologies to provide a complete solution for both the private and government market. We are now a one stop shop for anything electrical whether its installing, manufacturing or monitoring of all electrical equipment for the African market.

We believe that the Rosslyn group can assist the current South African market in providing a solution that is beneficial to both the public and their corresponding municipalities. We guarantee an increase in revenue collection and a decrease in the theft of electricity or vandalism to infrastructure. Rosslyn also believes that by expanding our horizons we are able to provide a cost-effective system that translates to the needs of the municipalities and property developers.

Experienced Managing Director/CEO with a demonstrable history of working in the electricity supply industry (ESI). Mr Sicelo Xulu is a professional Engineering Technologist, registered with the ECSA and has over 20 years of engineering experience. He joined Eskom in 1994 and worked his way up to Senior Technologist working as a Maintenance Management Specialist. In 2002 Mr. Xulu joined City Power as a Transmission Senior Engineer, held various Senior Executive positions including the position of Managing Director. Sicelo has gained extensive knowledge within the Electricity Distribution Industry.

Working in the industry for more than 5 years, Morne Kotze has run projects for multiple municipalities. His first client has helped him to develop a system for one of the biggest energy suppliers in South Africa. To this day municipalities uses the systems put in place in 2015. Mr. Kotze has a background in software development, project management and economics. He has a hands on approach and specifically designs systems for each individual client to suit their needs. Morne has gained extensive knowledge in the access control Industry and has worked in the private and public sector.
